Field Service Rates
Please call for the latest service rates.
All time and mileage is billed portal to portal and there are no
minimum billing charges. Field service is billed on a time and material basis. Firm
quotations on labor hours cannot be estimated for repair services however
can be quoted for new installation start-up service.
Scheduling A Service Technician
Simply call our 24 hour hotline at (586) 463-3811 to schedule a field
service technician. After
normal business hours you will be prompted to leave an emergency message
that will be responded to promptly. Excel
schedules service technicians on a first come first serve basis and
according to product specialty.
Maintenance Contracts & Specialty Services
Excel provides maintenance contracts and other customized maintenance
programs that offer a wide range of benefits to our customers.
Simply ask one of our sales representatives for more information on
these standard services.
